3. Cut off the power supply. Turn the switch to the center position (stop gear) and the machine stops working, and then pull the plug out of the power socket. When using a body massage cushion, the best time is 15 minutes. When using an electronic massager equipped with strong and weak switches, the weak switch should be used first. After the body slowly adapts, the strong switch can be used.

 

Precautions for using massage cushion

1. Pay attention to the gradual and orderly progress. When using body massage pad for the first time, it is better to try for 10 minutes. If there is no discomfort on the body, extend the massage time appropriately. It is appropriate to take 15-20 minutes each time and the maximum should not exceed 30 minutes.

2. The comfier massage pillow cannot be used after an empty stomach, full food, drunkenness and strenuous exercise. Massaging at this time can speed up the blood flow rate and increase the peristalsis of the stomach, causing nausea, vomiting, chest tightness, shortness of breath and other discomforts. 3. Diabetics should use home massage cushions with caution.

4. It is not advisable to use a massage and heat cushion to massage the tumor. Because of the stimulation of the body surface, the capillaries will be dilated, and the local blood flow will increase, leading to the spread of the diseased area and aggravating the condition.

5. Patients with hypertension and anemia should pay special attention not to massage the carotid artery to avoid acceleration of blood flow and accidents.

6. Pregnant women and children should not use electronic massage pillows. For pregnant women, certain acupoint massage will seriously affect the normal development of the fetus.
