Our current production base was established in 2015, with a production area of 6000 square meters, 5 standard production lines and special customized production lines, more than 100 skilled workshop employees and 15 professional engineers. With scientific management, professional engineers, trained technicians and skilled workers, our factory has an annual capacity of more than 5 million units and can meet various customized needs.

Start with purchasing. We will strictly control the quality of the purchase. We will carry out 100% screening before the goods are put into storage. Once the quality of raw materials is found unqualified, we will immediately call back and contact the raw material supplier.

First inspection of production process. Production can only be carried out after passing the first inspection. In-factory QC inspection: The workshop director is responsible for the quality of the first step from production to packaging. Randomly check 30% of the products every two hours.

Before delivery, the company's QC team cross checks the goods.
